Lauren Dembowitz is an educator and curriculum designer with 15 years of experience teaching in higher education, middle school, and high school. With a PhD in English, she has guided students across a wide range of contexts, always with a focus on helping them discover how they learn best. Her work is grounded in the belief that when students are engaged through meaningful, personalized learning experiences, they develop both confidence and lasting curiosity.
Over her career, Lauren has not only taught and mentored students but also developed programs that support broader school communities. She is recognized as a thoughtful innovator and a strategic partner, able to design learning experiences that connect deeply with students while aligning to high standards. Natalia Bondy is an educational leader with over 16 years of experience supporting students, teachers, and schools. Her work is guided by the belief that when people feel championed, they grow — and when educators are supported, they can inspire learning even through challenges.
Natalia has led classrooms, coached teachers, and opened new schools, always with a focus on building cultures where students thrive and teachers feel empowered. She has designed and facilitated professional development workshops, launched tutoring programs that significantly boosted student outcomes, and guided teams toward enrollment and budget growth. Colleagues describe her as a leader who inspires, coaches, and gets things done.
